A Miami plumbing, HVAC or roofing company rarely has one visibility problem. It has six, one for each part of Miami-Dade its trucks cover. Local SEO Miami contractors can measure (search engine optimization for the searches that book work) treats Kendall, Coral Gables, Hialeah, Doral, Homestead and Miami Beach as the separate map packs they are. One company per trade and service area, measured in booked jobs, since 2000.

What local SEO Miami home-service companies buy from us

The method is on our local SEO page, the market on the Miami service area page. This page covers what changes when the method meets Florida’s deepest field of competitors: national brands, roll-ups, franchises with call centers, and family companies with 30 trucks.

Six map packs, not one

Google draws the three-pack around the searcher, not your office. Homeowners in West Kendall, the Gables and Hialeah see three different lists, and one “Miami” page reaches none of them. Your Google Business Profile (GBP, the listing behind Google Maps) and your location pages have to describe the county the way searches divide it.

Sub-marketHow search behaves thereWhat we build
Kendall and West KendallHighest repair-search volume in the countyA Kendall page, reviews that name it
Coral Gables and PinecrestHigh-value older homes, strict city permittingA page that explains permits and product approvals plainly
Hialeah and Miami LakesDense CBS housing, much of the searching in SpanishService area named, bilingual profile answers

Homestead and Florida CityFar from most offices; open to whoever claims itIts own page, and reviews from jobs there

Each row is a different three-pack.

Two or three locations without cannibalizing yourself

Miami companies often run a Doral yard, a Kendall office and a Broward branch, with profiles that fight each other. Our rules:

  1. One profile per staffed location; none for a mailbox or a yard nobody answers at.
  2. Each profile claims the sub-markets nearest to it; no two carry the same service-area list.
  3. Each gets its own tracked phone line and location page.

Where Spanish fits in the plan

A large share of Miami-Dade searches happen in Spanish, and a Spanish review is still a review Google counts. Our work is on your English pages and your Google Business Profile. We advise on answering Spanish reviews in Spanish and on profile descriptions in both languages, and we do not sell a Spanish-language content program.

Review pace against franchises with thousands of reviews

The franchise locations in your pack have lifetime totals you will not catch. You beat their pace instead. Google weighs recent reviews heavily, and a company closing 20 jobs a day can out-pace any franchise if the ask is automatic. We tie it to the technician’s close and answer every review within a day.

One NAP for a company with three names

Many Miami contractors trade under several DBAs: the family name, a brand on the trucks, the licensed name on the county record. Every listing where the name, address or phone (NAP) disagrees with the profile weakens it. We settle on one public name, reconcile every citation to it, and retire or cleanly link the rest.

A ranking grid across the county, and a scoreboard in dollars

We track your pack position from a grid of points across Miami-Dade, Aventura to Homestead, for each search that books work. The grid tells us where to work next. The report is the numbers you run the business on.

The same foundation feeds the AI answers. When a Miami Beach condo manager asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overview which roofer to call, the assistant reads your profile, pages, citations and reviews. An LLM (large language model, the technology behind ChatGPT and similar assistants) repeats the best-documented company it finds. Our AI search optimization builds on this so that company is you.

One client per market, where a market is a trade plus a service area

We draw the market around the area your trucks cover. If you are our HVAC client from Kendall to Homestead, no HVAC company overlapping that area can hire us. A roofer there can. Founder-led since February 2000; we have never worked for a client’s competitor.

Questions Miami contractors ask about local SEO

We have offices in Doral and Kendall. Do we need two Google Business Profiles?

If both are staffed, yes, with different service-area lists, phone lines and location pages. An unstaffed yard should not have one.

Our competitors are franchises with thousands of reviews. Can we still make the pack?

Yes, where you are closest and most active. Recent review pace, accurate service areas and a real page for the area move the pack more than a lifetime total.

Do you build Spanish-language pages for Miami?

No. We optimize your English pages and your Google Business Profile, and advise on handling Spanish in the profile and review responses. If Spanish content is the core of your plan, we are not the right fit.

How do you define our market for exclusivity in Miami-Dade?

Trade plus the service area your trucks cover. Two plumbers whose areas do not overlap can both be clients; two whose areas overlap cannot.

The map-pack half of this work is on our Google Business Profile optimization page. Same service in Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers and Sarasota.
